It’s called The Heart Attack. Egg, cheese, sausage, bacon, ham, linguica, and a hash brown.

We have something similar here at the local deli, it’s called the beast. Double meat, double cheese, double egg on a large crossant roll. Killer to the heart.

Is there no beans or black pudding/blood sausage?

black pudding/blood sausage
not very common here, at least depending on where you are specifically. if you’re like me in an area with a large Polish/Eastern European community, you can probably find kaszanka.

Not a big polish/german/whatever population here. Those kinds of meats aren’t around much.

The local butcher sometimes has it but not with any regularity
